Four All-Inclusive Wedding Packages
May through early November | Up to 126 guests | Exclusive use of the property
Each package brings together handpicked local partners, clear pricing, and complete day-of coordination. Our team handles the details behind the scenes so you can relax and be fully present with the people you love.
How pricing works: Your price depends mainly on guest count (catering is the one cost that grows with each guest). Sales tax is included. Gratuity for our select vendors is optional, but always appreciated.
Friday Wedding
The Refined Experience | $16,500 to $22,700 | 10 AM – 10:00 PM
Friday gives you extra time and room to breathe. Enjoy a full day on the property, with private suite access starting at 10 AM and full in-house planning to keep everything easy.
Included: custom ceremony and reception styling, a professional DJ with ambient dance floor lighting, a dedicated cocktail hour with premium bartending, elevated culinary allowance, fresh floral table arrangements, fine china, linens, and glassware. Six hours of professional photography and a complimentary engagement session help you capture the moments that matter.
The Saturday Experience
The Extended Celebration | $20,500 to $26,640 | 10 AM – 11:00 PM
Saturday is our full-day celebration, with the most space and the most time. From morning preparation through an 11 PM reception, there's no rush, so you and your guests can savor every part of the day.
Includes everything in the Friday package, plus eight hours of photography from two photographers and expanded guest amenities.
Premium Saturday
The Signature Estate Experience | $32,500 to $42,200 | 10 AM – 11:00 PM
Some days deserve to be remembered in every detail. Premium Saturday is Cedar Bay at its most refined: the whole estate, the whole day, and every moment composed with care.
Your ceremony begins to the sound of a live harpist. Fresh floral installations drape the property, from the aisle to the reception, so the beauty follows you everywhere you turn. At cocktail hour, passed hors d'oeuvres arrive on silver trays, and dinner is a multi-course plated affair, each course served at your table.
From the first quiet moments of morning preparation to the last goodbye, a full videography team captures the day as it unfolds, so you can relive it for years to come.
Includes everything in the Saturday package, plus all of the above.
Sunday Package
The Essential Gathering | $12,500 to $17,800 | 3:30 PM – 10:00 PM
A warm, beautiful celebration without the juggling. Sunday pairs our historic estate with in-house planning and day-of coordination.
Included: custom ceremony and reception styling, a dedicated cocktail hour with premium bartending, a three-course artisanal dinner, a professional DJ, and three hours of photography. With the logistics handled, you can focus on celebrating.

What's included in your all-inclusive wedding packages?
Every package includes exclusive use of the property, in-house planning, day-of coordination, custom ceremony and reception styling, a professional DJ, a dedicated cocktail hour with bartending, dinner, and photography coverage. How much do your wedding packages cost?
Packages range from $12,500 to $42,200 depending on the day and the experience you choose. Sunday starts at $12,500, Friday at $16,500, Saturday at $20,500, and Premium Saturday at $32,500.
Why does the price vary within each package?
Mostly guest count. Catering is the one cost that grows with each guest, so a smaller celebration lands toward the lower end of the range and a full guest list toward the upper end.
Is tax included in the price?
Yes, sales tax is already included. Gratuity for our vendor team is optional, but always appreciated.
How many guests can you host?
Our packages accommodate 50 to 126 guests, with the couple included in that count.
When can we get married at Cedar Bay Farm?
We host weddings from May through early November, on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Hours vary by package.
Will we have the property to ourselves?
Yes. Every package includes exclusive use of the property, so your celebration is the only event on the grounds.
